1. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.

2.CANCELLATION POLICY

Prepayment is required for any booking through our online booking system. Within minutes of succesfull completion of the transaction, an email with the details of the booking, along with a cancelation link, will be sent to the user/visitor.

• Should the visitor/user choose to cancel 48 hrs prior to the scheduled booking, he/she can use the cancelation link (alternatively email us at info@patriotiswinery.gr) and get an automatic full refund.
• For cancellations within less than 48 hrs from scheduled booking, the charged amount is nonrefundable, and the visitor/user will be charged with the complete (100%) amount.
• In case of no-show on the scheduled time or withdrawal during the tour, the winery is not obliged to refund the charged amount.
• In extreme occasions and if it is deemed necessary, the winery reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or replace a service, without prior notice. In case of cancellation, the visitor/user wil get full refund . In the cases of replacement or rescheduling, the visitor/user holds the right to ask for complete refund if he does not wish to participate in the new or rescheduled service.
