The flagship white grape variety of Greece, Assyrtiko, has acclimatized perfectly in the terroir of Vouves, producing, in a blend with Sauvignon Blanc, a refreshing wine with crispy acidity and underlying minerality and pronounced aromas of citrus blossom, stone fruits and herbaceous notes. It is best consumed within three years.
The label Kotinos (i.e. the olive wreath used to crown the winners of the ancient Olympic Games) is a tribute to the ancient olive tree of Vouves , one of the oldest olive trees in the world.
